Ingredients Required to Prepared Capsicum Cheese Soup

  1. Capsicum – 2 
  2. Carrot – 2
  3. Pepper powder – 1/2 tsp
  4. Salt – 1 tsp
  5. Butter – 1 tbsp
  6. Coriander leaves – 1 tbsp

Step by Step Preparation Method of Capsicum Cheese Soup.

Step – 1)

To prepare capsicum cheese soup. take a micro proof bowl, add 1 cup of capsicum, 1 cup of tomatoes and then add 1 cup of water into the bowl, place the bowl in the oven.

Step – 2)

Now microwave capsicum and tomatoes for 5 minutes or until soft and smooth.

Step – 3)

Remove the micro proof bowl bowl from the oven, keep aside for 5 minutes to cool down the veggies, transfer into a beaker/juicer.

Step – 4)

Chur/blend veggies until soft and smooth thick puree.

Step – 5)

Now strain the blended capsicum and tomato puree into the same microproof bow with the help of a strainer.

Step – 6)

Add 1/2 cup of thick fresh milk into the micro proof bowl. Add 1 tsp of unsalted butter and 1tsp of salt or as per your requirement.

Step -7)

Add 1 tsp of salt and 1/2 tsp of pepper powder into the puree.

Step – 8)

Then add 1 cup of scrambled cheese into the puree.

Step – 9)

Microwave for 5 more minutes or until done.

Step – 10)

Remove the bowl from microwave, now transfer the prepared capsicum cheese soup into a serving bowl.

Step – 11)

Serve the prepared Capsicum Cheese Soup in your lunch or dinner meal or in your diet meal.
