Ingredients

  1. Chopped mangoes – 1 cup (1 medium size mango)
  2. Sabja seeds – 4 tsp
  3. Cold milk – 200ml
  4. Sugar – 1 tsp
  5. Cardamom powder – 1/2 tsp

Step by step preparation method

  1. Clean mango and peel the skin, chop into cubes.
  2. Soak 4 tsp of sabja seeds in half a cup of water for 10 to 15 minutes.
  3. Now take a juicer jar, add 1 cup of chopped mangoes into the jar.
  4. Then add 1/2 tsp of cardamom powder,1 tsp of sugar, 3 tsp of soaked sabja seeds and 200ml of cold milk into the juicer jar.
  5. Blend for 10 to 15 seconds, now take a serving glass or tumbler, add 1 tsp of soaked sabja seeds, pour the mango sabja milk shake into the serving glass, top it with mango cubes and grated pistachios.
  6. Serve cold
