Peeled and chopped cucumbers are blended in a juice jar with mint leaves rock salt black salt and lemon juice by adding chilled water to make your drink cool and refreshing.
Cucumber juice tastes little bit tangy and salty with flavors of fresh mint leaves and cucumber.

One cup of sliced cucumbers has about 5 percent of the recommended daily value of vitamin B-5.
